Property Inspection Specialist is led by John Pignatore, a Certified Inspector who brings 25 years of experience within the construction industry. In 1994, John began specializing in home inspections for real estate transactions within the Richmond, Virginia area.


John Pignatore is a Registered Home Inspector (RHI) by the Housing Inspection Foundation, which falls under the Association of Home Inspectors. John is also a Certified Construction Inspector (CCI) by the Association of Construction Inspectors. Mold certified for sampling and testing, alot of people are allergic to mold and it is growing in alot of homes today.


Property Inspection Specialist assists buyers and sellers make a smooth, secure and valuable real estate transaction by inspecting their property. The seller would ask Mr. Pignatore to inspect for problems before the home moves to the market. This method allows the seller to find problems beforehand and therefore get rid of those problems.
